Terms & Conditions – Mantan Stay

Welcome to Mantan Stay. By using our website, booking a stay, or availing our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before booking. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to make a booking with Mantan Stay.

2. Booking and Payment

- Bookings can be made through our website, verified partners, or by contacting us directly.
- A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance amount must be paid before checkin unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved online methods.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Full refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.
- No refund for no-shows or early check-outs.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Guest Responsibilities

- Provide accurate details at the time of booking (name, contact number, email, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and behave responsibly during your stay.
- Any damage caused to property, furniture, or amenities will be charged to the guest.
- Illegal activities, loud noise, or disturbance to others are strictly not allowed.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

6. Prohibited Activities

Guests should not:
- Use the website or property for illegal or harmful activities.
- Harass or cause inconvenience to other guests or staff.
- Upload or share false, offensive, or misleading information about Mantan Stay.

7. Reviews and Feedback

We welcome genuine reviews from guests.
Please avoid posting:
- False or misleading information.
- Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.
Mantan Stay may remove any inappropriate reviews at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mantan Stay is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Accidents or injuries during the stay.
- Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

9. Force Majeure

Mantan Stay is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Kumta courts, Karnataka.
Disputes may also be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
